    • Expanded revenue from $1.5 Million to $4.5 Million through increases in grants, government contracts, third party fees, and by developing the first annual fund raising campaign.
    • Added new and innovative programs including; Family Preservation, Family Based Mental Health and In-Home Children’s Services.
    • Established an innovative subsidiary corporation to build low-income housing, which resulted in the renovation of a condemned building into 17 units of affordable housing. Additionally, funding was received for 55 units of senior housing with construction anticipated in the fall.
    • Increased professional and support staff from 65 to 175 employees in order to sustain programs
    • Built first permanent headquarters for agency
    • Increased accessibility of services by developing programs in eight locations as well as in clients’ homes and schools.
    • Established an Employee Assistance Program providing services to forty employers.
    • Developed an outpatient substance abuse center with special programs for individuals with both mental health and substance abuse problems.

HUMAN SERVICES OF SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS, Attleboro, MA
Director 
Provided clinical and administrative management for an outpatient community mental health center providing services for a catchment area of 10 communities with 100,000 people. Expanded services, improved quality of care, and established agency as a model employer.

    • Increased both clinical and support staff from 10 to 55 employees
    • Increased center budget through grants and increase third party participation from $500,000 to $1.5 million
    • Created model program for treating incest offenders
    • Established Grief Services for the oncology unit at the community hospital
    • Developed crisis intervention services in conjunction with a community hospital emergency room.
    • Created specialized post-traumatic counseling services for fire, ambulance, and emergency personnel.
    • Enabled agency to transition from primarily State funded to independent funding
    • Built a high quality, team oriented professional organization
    • Organized a multi-state professional organization
