The Anxiety Disorders Center is conducting a study to determine whether D-Cycloserine,
a study medication, has improved memory, attention, and problem-solving
abilities for older adults who do not have dementia. This study is open to
seniors, ages 60 and over, who are native English speakers, and have no
history of psychiatric or neurological disorders. Eligible participants will
complete interviews and questionnaires, complete a medical evaluation, take a single
dose of study medication, and complete tests and puzzles that assess memory,
problem-solving, and attention.
